Brief

The city of San Diego’s annual two day composting conference, Composium brings folks across the composting industry together to discuss recycling, zero-waste initiatives, compost manufacturing, and renewable energy production.

The United States Post Office serves as an official partner for the event and releases a limited edition series of postage stamps promoting the event every spring.

Stamps

A design system of ten stamps was created as part of the limited edition Composium series at USPS. Inspired by vintage stamps and retro-futuristic designs, the series features a mix of complimentary palettes, type layouts and science graphs.

Poster

An 11” x 17” poster was created as an ad for the event to be placed around the city. Implementing the same design system as the event’s stamps, the poster aims to be both eye-catching and informative to by-passers.
